Shipping policy

• We use USPS First Class mail as well as USPS Priority mail and UPS for domestic delivery and UPS, DHL, and FEDEX for international.

• We offer 2-3 day shipping on most orders. In few instances, delivery may take up to 5 business days.

• Shipping to a country outside of the US?  It usually takes 6-15 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk bin. If you're still unable to locate the email, please send us an email with your full name, email address, and date you placed the order. In some instances, an accidental mistyped email can occur so we'll have to run a search. 

• Please understand, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given us the correct shipping information and have a secure place to receive your items. If your packages could be at risk, we suggest shipping them a secure box or rerouting your packages to the local carrier facility to be held.
