Marfa is one of my favorite places to experience. From the richness of the landscape to the texture of the architecture, every detail captivates my senses in the most memorable way. While the name may not be familiar, the images of the lone "Prada Store" streetside in the middle of the Chihuahuan Desert, likely is.
In true wanderlust fashion, accessing Marfa is a journey within itself. Nestled deep in the Big Bend sector of far West Texas, a trip to this region is not one that's typically stumbled upon, with the closest regional airport being 2 hours away in Midland, TX. However, Marfa is not merely a dot on the map, but instead a place where the undertone, natural aesthetic, and architecture capture the imagination of wanderers and dreamers alike. For a soul stirred by aesthetic allure, Marfa promises an escape into an elegant enclave where time slows down, and beauty unfolds in every corner. A walk down the streets of downtown, is a walk through an alternate immersive universe.
